Alright so, my experience here has been pretty cool up until recently, and I’ll explain why. Earth & Ivy has a chill atmosphere and a great menu that offers great products. The budtender and staff are attentive, kind, and are happy to answer questions about anything you might be wondering about. To make a long story shorter, I came in on the 15th and made 2 purchases. One with card and one with a 100 bill. They gave me the wrong amount of change, about 12 bucks under, and I presented my receipt and called them the next day when I had realized. It’s now almost November 1st and the only amount of help I’ve received is, “when a manager is present we can help”, I was told this about 5 different times over the course of 2 weeks until they finally told me to come in. A 30 minute drive later they couldn’t help me and told me to come back when a manager was in. Where are the managers? Why is it so difficult to find out which register was over that night?
