Came by recently and I have been coming since this place opened. I was very upset to find out Steph the budtend that has ALWAYS helped me was gone. Staff that's there now are very inexperienced to say the very least. I remember when this place had the BEST crew in Tulsa! Now it's taken a turn for the worst!!! I will never be back due to the fact that not one person had any knowledge of product besides saying "this is good"... No real knowledge about product or benefits of the product either. They seem to have no product anymore besides their own which I'm sorry it's overrated for the quality. The owner seems greedy and cares about nothing but her own items being in stock. And the new manager that was there (Blonde Older woman with glasses) she basically ignored me completely by holding up her finger and shushing me while she carried on a conversation on the phone about children from what I could hear. She wasn't even able to tell the newer staff the correct pricing without scanning.
