I’ve been to this location twice. The first time the staff was good but it took over a hour to get in and out even with an online order and when I got to my camp I realized I had been over charged by $30 on a roughly $200 purchase. ( they did not apply the 15% off first time customer ). They would not give a cash refund only instore credit. The second time I came my family was following me in separate vehicles to a camp ground in the Ozarks. We parked on the far side of the building to stay out of everyone’s way since the parking lot was mostly full. While I was inside a manager cussed at my family to tell them to move. She then came inside to ask me for my keys and curse at me in front of 2 employees and another customer after I said my keys were in my vehicle. She wanted my family to move my vehicle from where I parked so she could park her car there. There were no signs on the wall or ground saying no parking or reserved parking. There were 4 empty spots to the right of my vehicle and my family was off in the grass not taking any real parking spaces up. Zackary threaten to cancel my order $270 after the manager cursed at me. I do not know the managers name, she had purple hair.
