The worst experience at a weed store ever!!! I went to their website and placed an online order for 14g of Gelato. I received a text and email confirming my order. I make the almost 20 mile trip from my house to the store, when I get there I was told "you shouldn't have ordered something we didn't have". Umm... I wasn't sure how to respond to something so stupid. So I just said, "well it said it was in stock, and your website allowed me order, and you confirmed the order". Another employee, the manager said, "don't be rude to my associate" WTF? How about, "oh no, I am so sorry for the problem, let me fix this for you!" - but no, that would be beyond her skill level. So they got some other cheap weed to substitute "cheetah piss". While in the middle of weighing up the sub'd weed it was, "oh hey, I found the gelato, it was on the wrong shelf". Pro Tip: Retail Sales 101 - NEVER blame the customer, ever.
