I have 2 or 3 past experiences here and was going to be a returning customer. Brandon was a great bud tender. I placed an online order for one Firestyxx preroll and headed to the store as I live over 30 miles away. When I get to the exit, I look to check if my order was ready just to see it was canceled. No call or anything. So I placed another order for a different flavor and after no updates on it other than the order was placed, I decided to call them myself to make sure everything went through. I then see that they also canceled the second order while on hold with the receptionist. She comes back to the phone and tells me that they have zero Firestyxx at all. So just a heads up, their online menu is clearly not updated regularly,and they will not call you a head of time to let you know they are out of a product. Too many other dispensaries in the area to deal with inconsistency.
