Sadly, I am abandoning Floyd's. I have been a happy customer for years. I preorder and have not had any troubles until recently. When I go in I am told that what I've ordered is 'out of stock' and then a substitute is promptly suggested. This has happened to me during the last four times I've ordered my preferred bud. And in the years prior it didn't happen once. I see a pattern here and I'm certain I'm not the only one who is experiencing this.

We do apologize for that inconvenience, there is a couple reasons why that happens, another customer ordered the last one that same day or purchased that item around the time it was ordered or possibly a mix up of inventory quantities and just like any retail store we try to stay on top of inventory but it doesn't always stay on point! We got a new online ordering system we are still learning about! The previous one wouldn't show items if stock was low i will try to implement that again to stop these inconveniences from happening.
