The nightmare began when I noticed something seemed off with their product weights. Any informed patient knows basic cannabis measurements - an eighth is 3.5 grams, which converts to 0.123 ounces. This is fundamental knowledge for anyone with a medical card. However, Fluent has mysteriously decided that an eighth equals 0.125 ounces, which translates to them giving you LESS product than you're paying for. This isn't a minor rounding error - it's deliberate theft from sick patients who trust them. When I politely confronted the staff about this discrepancy, their response was nothing short of appalling. The budtender immediately became defensive and dismissive, acting as if I was bothering them by questioning their shady practices. Their attitude shifted from fake-friendly to downright hostile the moment I mentioned the weight issue.
