The manager Jennifer conducts unethical business, my boyfriend went and got some flower yesterday and there were several moldy spots in the plastic canister and it was 30% stem! I have been trimming for many years and I can tell you that these people are dishonest in their selling of the product and they take zero accountability for us being totally unhappy with the purchase. We went over to Cannabis connection to get better high quality flower and they agreed that the picture we should them of the moldy stemmy product wasn't acceptable and they said that if it was their customer service they don't accept returns but they wouldve exchanged out the product for us. After reading all the other 1 star scathing reviews of people who do took losses being stuck with shit product , we didn't feel too hopeful that this business would have any INTEGRITY. Especially with the review on here w the poor guy who spent good money on some trim they sold him and it wasn't even flower in the picture?!?! . We stopped in today and low and behold the "manager' was totally unhelpful. She said it doesn't have mold but I pointed out the brown spots that looked like they were shaven on the bud. She refused to return nor exchange or product pretty much telling us that we were stuck with the product and when I said what about customer service?!? She got defensive and said that their customer service is great. And I said well actions speak louder than words and you aren't doing one thing to make sure we walk out this door happy! So just sayin RUN in the other direction! You can't even see if the cannabis in their joints has mold. I will personally call the better Business bureau on them bc moldy flower makes people sick. 👎
