If I could give a zero I would! It started when the girl went to check me in. She didn’t even look at me. Her first words were what can I get you? I told her flower and my price. She went over turned her back and was telling me some names. I told her that I couldn’t hear here or the names. She said “this is how I talk”. I then asked her if she was having a bad day? She said “No this is how I am “. I then said your face looks as though you’re having a bad day. She then said “this is my face”. I said wow! Rude much? She then said do you want service or not. I said you do realize that you are working customer service right? She then told me to leave. I said you want me to leave because I asked you if you were having a bad day. I asked her for her name, she said Joslyn ( I think that’s how it spelled )I said I’ll just call tomorrow. She said go ahead “that’s my best friend so”! I left and couldn’t believe this is how you treat your customers!
