Bought a Core vape pen that isn’t working properly. Drove from Springfield back to Buffalo to have them replace it with a working one. They declined to replace it because they got a mini puff of smoke to come out of it. When I told them they are supposed to work much better than that the response was “I wouldn’t know because I don’t vape”. I have never had a dispensary not replace a broken vape. I will never shop at this location again and possibly not with Good Day ever either. They are not providing me with a Good Day. I’ve never left a review of a dispensary before but looking at the broken vape each day knowing Good Day isn’t making it good caused me the finally leave one. Buyer beware! I would never buy Core anything again either. Worst Vape I’ve ever had.
