I preordered wanna gummies. I rarely visit this dispensary location but I won’t be back to this location as the customer service was just that poor. I’ve never left a review for any dispensary before. I previously thought that our dispensaries were all great. Since I do not get to this location often, I was unfamiliar with online orders get serviced at the front and don’t go inside. I needed flower as well. The lady seemed upset that I’m asking questions. Questions like, do you have any specials and she points to the board. She made it seem like I was not able to go into the sales room, when I asked her if I was going in, she responded no. A mgr. contacted me when I was headed out of town, then never followed up when I stated I was headed oot. I gave this two stars and not one as a mgr did attempt to contact me, even if they didn’t follow through. I did go and purchase my flower from their newest dispensary addition.
