If you are either a total beginner (as I was initially, hearing words like "dab" and "Rosin vs Resin" and wondering what language that was) or an experienced HuffMaster, every trip I've had to a Good Day Farm storefront was filled with happy and extremely helpful budtenders who completely removed any lingering anxiety as a new customer getting repeatedly buzzed in from reception to waiting to shopping/working with a budtender. And they were always happy to adjust the jargon and code switch down to my level once I let on that I was a n00b. AND my budtender always tried to find the best deals for me...pointing out promotions or indicating how bundling this-with-that would save me more money! I mean, everyone there genuinely seems to be on the Customer's Team, for once. They're kind, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, helpful, and work the system right along with you to save you even more money...as if it were their money you were spending not theirs. Can't ask for more than that!
