I literally go into the west store everyday and spend 28-60 dollars. I went in today to get the Valentine's Day special and they had what I wanted but because the computer wouldn't input it I couldn't have it they have done this for me before with the same strain so I know they can put it into the computer. Instead I was told to drive all the way across town if I wanted it again even though they had it to sell for the special. Terrible customer services never had dealt with this girl before but was worst experience. I feel like it just took extra effort or asking a manager for a client who is in everyday smh. I won't be back and I have spent thousands so it's definitely your company's loss. Thanks for the business while it was good.
