came to buy a stiiizy when I took a puff something tasted wrong. when I came in to exchange it 10 min after cause every other shop has a 7 day policy they didn't wanna help me I was told to go directly to the manufacturer for a solution. once I was leaving upset that's when they got a manager to attend all she did was tell me to go to stiizy for a replacement cause there's no way they sell faulty products never returning and I look forward to possibly serving them in court

We sincerely apologize for your unfortunate experience with a Stiiizy product purchased from our establishment. We want to address some key details omitted from your account, Oscar. Although we offered to exchange your defective disposable, it was imperative for us to retrieve the faulty item and return it to the manufacturer, Stiiizy, to receive credit for the defective product. We regret to inform you that you declined our request to return the disposable, insisting instead on retaining it while receiving a replacement. We tried to explain that this request was not in accordance with our exchange and return policies, nor was it in line with any other stores' policies that we know of. In an effort to provide clarity, we presented the analogy of purchasing a shirt at Target and requesting an exchange for a different size. In such cases, customers are not permitted to retain both shirts. We hope that this clarification has provided you with a better understanding of our policies and procedures. Additionally, we would like to emphasize that the assertion that our establishment sells counterfeit products is grossly false and negligent. We made several attempts to guide you on verifying the product through the QR code on all Stiiizy products, but unfortunately, you refused to cooperate. We offer returns or exchanges for vape products with manufacturing defects and are willing to replace your defective unit. However, in such cases, we must take back the defective unit to provide it to the original distributor and receive credit for it. We do not understand why this concept seemed unfamiliar to you. We trust that in the future, you will engage with our customer service representatives calmly and respectfully, enabling us to assist you more efficiently and effectively.
