They need to stop mislabeled their products on their website. I bought 6 containers of gummies today, they're website listed as 100mg per container. I got home and two were 90mg, another two were 94mgs. Called the number for the store on the receipt and no one answered and the vm was not set up. Even though I got a good deal, some of their corporate policies aren't geared towards enhancing the patient experience, just getting and keeping your money. For example, they do not offer refunds or exchanges. So now I'm stuck with products I WOULDN'T have purchased if they listed the proper THC content online. The state imposes all kinds of rules on dispensaries regarding packaging and labeling to "protect the children," but I have not heard of a single policy or penalty for a dispensary for selling mislabeled products. Checking out from a dispensary shouldnt require asking questions about every product and if contents were properly listed online. I hope they figure this out.
