I have had a couple interactions with this amazing human, and I will continue to come to this store simply because I know he will take the time to make sure I am getting exactly what I need/want. He was able to explain the benefits of CBN because I was clueless. I was able to walk in tell him what I struggle with and bam he knew what I needed. He even gave me a solution to the problem of them only having dark chocolate flavor available at that time. I have been in customer service for 15 years and I’m rarely impressed if not completely disappointed in the lack of customer service etiquette . Caleb surpasses his duties, goes above and beyond for his customers, he is a gem and is definitely deserving of an increase in his pay!!
