I get it, you have a store policy and its fine, but If I have a problem with it, I'm allowed to leave and support another business. Whats NOT ok is for the lady to follow me to the door muttering insults at me until I leave. Store policy is no phones allowed, I have used my phone in the store for almost 2 years now, no clear signage at all when I went in. I used my calculator on my phone since the lady and guy at the counter did not know how to add up the math, when the lady started yelling at me. The calculator was open and visible to them, so they knew for a fact I was not on a call. I asked if it was OMMA policy, she said no, I said thats not good. To which she tried telling me it wasn't all about me, I said I do not support that, and until it changes, I won't be back. I'm not in highschool, and if I am within my legal right, I don't want to participate. So I went to leave and thats when she started in. I don't understand why she couldn't just let me leave without causing an issue.
