Yes they lost the appeal to the ABC board. But they appealed to the garland county circuit court. As part of the appeal they are going to ask if they can remain open until the decision of their last appeal is made. This decision will be decided on the 19th. So GSM will not be open or be able to operate until at least then. And then it depends what the judge rules.
