I don’t normally leave a review but…. I called to ask if Brix, a baked bro product was included in the BOGO for Baked Bro ands was told twice on the phone it was. Drove over 35 minutes each way, go to pick up my order and the bud tender doesn’t know if they are included, calls over a manager who is asked if they are BB product and he confirms they are, But then said they are not included in the BOGO since it is not listed. So I again confirm they are a BB product, get told yet s but they are not under the BOGO since it doesn’t say they are.. I told him I called and was told they were, confirm I called his store I called but get told sorry… no offer of anything to make up for their error by telling me on the phone they were.. Over an hour of my time wasted driving, well never go to another Harvest HOC and will make sure to let everyone I know not to go if they won’t honor their .
