Hello, thank you for your feedback. We apologize you were unable to enjoy shopping with us. We have to uphold Long Beach regulations in order to keep our retail license, one being that all purchasing guests must be checked in and transactions must be completed before 10pm. It takes time for our team members to check guests in, keep everything sanitized, and make sure that guests come out with a product they'll enjoy. We have listed on our page that final check in for new guests is 9:30 and 9:45 for returning guests. Again we apologize you weren't able to come in this time around but we hope you understand the circumstances and give us another chance to make it up to you!
