Cashier didn’t give me an itemized receipt. Only got the one from the card reader. They upsell you a 10cent “exit bag” without disclosing it to you. (Figured out by looking at somebody else’s receipt trying to make sense of the price) Customer service felt unwelcome and lacking knowledge of their own system/products. When I asked for recommendations I felt like the lady was just picking something on her screen, not from actual experience. When you’re allowed in they don’t have any way to form lines. People just stand around randomly so there’s no order. They helped a guy who walked in behind me, even though there was definitely two people before me waiting to be helped. Vibes were off at this joint. Haven’t smoked it yet, weed looks kinda brown.
