Their alternative is for you to contact Plugplay, email them the issue and hope they provide a voucher for an exchange or refund. I’m going through the process but they should be the ones doing it, not the paying customer., I’ve been going to Fridaze for over a year and have tipped generously. After today, I’ll never spend money here again. I asked manager if she was willing to lose a loyal customer over $40. Her response: “Yes we are”. You are Better off going to other dispensaries, trust me.
