I drove a cool minute thinking that i was going to get my product and destress after a long day but nope.. turns out my moneys no good here! I was told coins weren’t accepted and it was $3 in quarters… i could recall a handful of times i paid a couple dollars in coins and no words were said no problems and im good to go. What topped it off though was when i saw coins in the tip jar. Coins accepted as tip but not for product?? like come on..

Dear Patient, We appreciate your feedback. However, the cannabis industry does not have access to legal banking. Therefore we can't go to a bank and switch out our coins. The money our customers pay, go back to the brands on our shelves. Brands do not take change. We hope you can understand. There was change in the tip jar because our budtenders swap any loose change for bills to go back in the drawer with a limit of $1. Our budtenders take all loose change home. The tip jar doesn't go back to the business in any way. We hope you have a happy holiday. Thank you
