Used to go here regularly until I order curbside pick up. Arrived at 8:45pm, yes a little before closing but I had to commute a long way from Visalia. When I arrive I called twice till they answered. I gave them my info and the parking spot number. The lady on the phone acknowledged the pick up and said she will “let them know”. I waited, noticed all the other curbside customers were receiving their orders quickly. 8:55, 5 minutes till closing, I notice an employee that was doing the curbside orders leaving fast into her car. Again I waited because maybe they had a second person to bring my order. 9:00 come around and I’m the last car in the parking lot. I walk to the front door to see if I can flag someone down but they all just smiled near the lobby and said they were closed. I tried to call the phone and speak through the door loud enough to let them know I was waiting out here for my order. They just continued to walk to back of the store and ignored me. Not a “I’m sorry we forgot about your order” or “sorry about our mistake here’s some sort of accommodation next time you come pick up”. I wouldn’t be so upset if I didn’t have to commute 20-25 mins from after work to get skipped in line and ignored. I don’t understand how hard managing pick up orders and customers can be , but maybe they need to lay off the carts and find some valuable retraining.
