04/25/24 - hi my name is david valenzuela and i do not usually give reviews but today was just very bad and i have had some other bad experiences but this time i can not let it slide i did not get my reciept because of how bad i wanted to get out of here i just did not like the vibe here and i come here often and it is never this bad no welcome in from any one no communication. i come in and its empty but there is no one ready to take my order who is running this? they do not have the products they have on weedmaps so i bought things i did not really want i guess ill try them out. they also do promos and do not tell any one about them for some reason worst customer service the lady taking my order is giving me atittude the whole time and im just ignoring it because i came to do business not tell someone how to do their job. no one should have to go through these things at HHC or any where and i have not even got to try the product yet so that will be another rating and i would rather not go back to be honest im already stressed out but on the bright side the cashier did say they are doing 20% off this upcoming saturday so that made this 2 stars. And yes i still gave a tip:)
