came into purchase some concentrates. I purchased the trap house company brand. come to find out they were running a special on trap house 5 for 45 while standing in the shop and the bud tender is completing my transaction. I ask if I can go ahead and do this deal. he said that because he had already taken my money and cashed me out that he could not return them and that I wasn't eligible to do the transaction for that deal because he had already taken my money mind you I had not received my bag or receipt or any product yet. everything was still in his hands. very poor customer service and bud tenders that do not know their own deals of the day I was once a avid customer of this place but the staff has really killed the vibe and this just adds to it
