)I’ve been going here occasionally for years and have generally had positive things to say or nothing at all. Today I went by and was greeted by an individual using a stuffed animal as a support for her arm which was in a sling. Was very strange and just not professional. They seemed evasive and not at all eager to help and I felt unwelcome and like I was making them uneasy or interrupting. It’s unfortunate when willful fragility and identity stuff interferes with ability to provide good service and do job. I won’t be going back . I used to work in hotels and we always had dress codes and ways to keep focus on guests. This individual wasn’t ‘front of house appropriate’ and adults shouldn’t be cuddling stuffed animals while working with public. It’s obnoxious and off-putting . I’ll just abandon my loyalty points and provide this feedback and wish y’all well.
