This was upsetting. Tried for the first time on Monday. Ordered at 10am, it didn't show up until 6pm. I wasn't upset, I was testing the response time. Today, I ordered about 2:30, knowing it takes hours and went to a Dr appointment. By the time I was halfway there, they told me they would be there in 30 minutes. So I couldn't get my order I can wait five hours, or I can wait one hour, but somebody needs to pick a sustainable window. This ain't cable television. I'm not sitting home with a four hour window wondering when and if they are coming....
