Called to verify stock before I even placed an online order, verified the budtender says they have 3 and if something is off someone will for sure call if they don't have it. Placed my order, waited 20 minutes then drove 1.5 hours to grab said item only to arrive and be told by who I assume is the manager that she had to swap my item out for something else by the same company (older as well). When I asked why someone couldn't have given me a call she didn't have answer. Fortunately was able to solve my problem at a different store in the same strip. First and probably last trip to a HOD store.
