I usually love coming here; everyone is super sweet. Today, the gentleman helped me and even said he was praying for my son (transplant kiddo). We got talking, and I accidentally bought 2 entire Rove setups- instead of just two pods, which I already own batteries. It was an honest mistake. However, when I called to enquire about a possible exchange for pods only, the person was incredibly rude, cutting me off and insisting I got a better deal. I couldn’t get a word in so I eventually said “just forget it then if you won’t let me talk” and hung up. The phone experience soured my otherwise great impression of the store. I don't like being treated like a child and won't likely return after this. Not because of my in store experience- that has always been 5 star.
