I have been going to Oregon City kaleafa since it opened up, I have seen people come and go, but latly its just gone down hill, on multiple occasions Their worker Lee(floor lead) has mentioned to me that shes either hung over or on pills while on the job. and has even messed up my order because of that. I have also seen the mistreatment of my patient in front of my own eyes by staff members to the point that my patient left crying. This mistreatment occurs because the employees are so high that they make mistakes and confusing they dont have patience to answer questions, and then they turn it all around on the customer as if we did something wrong, when it is visably clear that they are not sober. When I called to ask how to contact the owners to discuss my concerns prior to reporting to OMMP, they refused to give any contact information.
