I normally have a very good experience with this dispensary. For the first time I got a cartridge that was not completely full. It had a huge gap from the wax to the top. When I brought it in the bud tender, told me they always come like that in order to avoid leaking. I have been buying twist on cartridges for a very long time now (even from this dispensary) and I’ve never seen one with such a large gap from the top. when I asked to return it, she said they only accept returns on stizzy products. Normally, this is a really great dispensary with really great staff. This is the first time I was let down. I definitely won’t come back here again if that’s what they deem and acceptable product
