I came in today not decided on what I wanted and I had Kim prowl aggressively around me asking me what did I want after I told her a few times that I was undecided on what I wanted, I wanted to walk around and take a look at the product they carried then I would make a decision, but as I’m looking around Kim tells me that I can wait in the lobby if I’m not going to buy anything, that’s horrible customer service to hound a customer down and not let them just browse. Lost out on sale for her lack of people skills.
