Our Kootenay Cannabis Kingsway-Vancouver location is joining forces with Karuna, a well-known mother-daughter dispensary team, Bonnie and Alexandra. These ladies are the powerful force behind Karuna, and they’ve provided medical cannabis to Karuna’s large and loyal customer base for over a decade. Moving forward, Karuna will transform into Kootenay Cannabis, and the devoted clientele will still be able to visit with Bonnie and Alexandra, who will work at the shop.
