If I could give negative stars I would. I have a mmj card and was there to renew with the doctor on staff. The first appointment I made he was so late I had to reschedule for the following day on my lunch break. He was 40 minutes late and when I asked for a refund the manager refused. The doctor came out and was flat out rude to me. I have PTSD and this so called doctor was intentionally trying to set me off. His behavior towards a patient as well as the female managers complete lack of empathy induced a panic attack. Not a single employee recognized this. As the doctor walked to the back of the dispensary to “get her some cash and get her out of here” he turned around, made a face at me, did a dance and flipped me off. No one else saw it or if they did they simply didn’t care. He thrust the cash in my hand and said leave. The manager smiled the entire time this happened. My mental health took an enormous hit from this and I have still not recovered. Do not give them business.
