This dispensary repeatedly lists a very cheap, high-potency strain online that is never actually available in store. I’ve gone in specifically for it multiple times, and it’s always “sold out” once you arrive. What makes this worse is the attitude—no apology, no acknowledgment, just an immediate push toward much more expensive products. That tells me this isn’t an inventory mistake; it’s a sales tactic. If you’re using your online menu as bait to get customers in the door, that’s not just bad service—it’s dishonest. Plenty of dispensaries manage accurate menus. This one chooses not to.
