I shop here because it's the closest. Most of the time I enjoy the customer service over the quality of the product. Today I went through my entire order of carts to find one out of almost 10 carts that work(one cart that I had to leave loose to work). Buggies, Caked and La Mota brands are one in the same and if you buy them you're surely to encounter an issue. They suck and should quit all together. You say something to the staff and nothing gets passed on, instead two more "brands" start having the same issue and they shortened the days you have to report because they think everyone is lying and so they don't have to fix the problem. I just bought several carts and just one work only if I kept it loose on my battery. They don't take accountability and will try to bash anyone who says anything even it's not with ill intentions because they are fragile and don't have any sense in construction criticism and are willing to hurt others to feel "better" about themselves. The owners know what's going on and they refuse to care to fix.
