Very dishonest and deceitful. We are long tìme customers. Buy DABS every week. Until last night when they sold us kief. Never ever have we bought kief. When we got home and realized it we called and was told by a manager: No return. No refund. No discount. Really? Yup. Policy. Went in the next day tae explain the situation. Talked tae a maybe manager? She went and spoke tae the power(s) that be. No return. No refund. No discount. So. We asked for DABS. Paid for DABS. And got kief. No return. No refund. No Discount. We paid $35 for 5 DABS. And got 2 DABS and 3 kief. Asked aboot the policy fae selling us the wrong product and got no answer. Just No Return. No refund. No Discount. Not ever going to go to ANY La Mota ever again. We are living in hard times and that's how you treat loyal customers? When you sold the wrong product? This is on you, La Mota. It was obviously just a mistake (on your part) and could have been handled differently. Shame on you!
