Very disappointed this is the second time I have bought flour from this place and it has been less than half what it's supposed to be the other day I got home opened it up and it was even less than that I called them right away they said they have to talk to somebody put me on hold then when she came back told me it would take it back but I would have to come back that day well that is very inconvenient and other places do not make you do that when something is wrong with their product they will let you do it the next day I do understand their thoughts and why they want it back that same day however one time is a mistake multiple times something is going on there they need to look into what is going on and what is happening but to alleviate flower missing from a container maybe you should start by sealing your containers I will insist in the future if I come back and buy flour that I see the product before I pay for it I will make them open it before I walk out the door while the stores are very nice and the people are friendly this is Made and says made me feel like I am the one who did something wrong instead of making me feel like they appreciate my business and not make me feel like I'm the one who took something out of their trying to say it with them this is not a comfortable feeling for anyone at any point in time. When a customer comes to you and tells you they have a problem you should take care of the problem not make me feel like they are the problem I never once asked for anything free I don't want anything free I just want what I paid for and I don't want to be feel guilty because something is missing out of my container and I'm trying to explain that to someone you should not made to be feel like it is your fault when the company does not seal their product and you have no idea what you're getting because they do not open it in front of you very very disappointed in this place because I do like going there and it is very convenient not sure I am coming back though like I said one time could be a mistake more than that you have a problem within your company you need to deal with.
