I love the farm been going since the beginning. Since the increase in demand or popularity, I guess apparently the quality and care of their products is dropping. Or maybe people aren't just getting trained, right? Their concentrates seem to be coming out darker and arnt smelling and tasting as good. just got a pen cart and it was pure plant run taste. Nothing good to it. Nothing smokeable about it. I'm throwing it out since I can't get it replaced, exchanged. Even though. Its the quality on there end. You'd think if you stand behind your product so much that you would want to keep your customers one hundred percent satisfied.
