I've been placing online orders thru Leafly for probably a couple of years now and have never had any problem with Lionheart or any other dispensary. I have always placed my orders at night and then picked them up the next day. This is so convenient and super nice if you have anxiety and would just rather browse online and choose your items. I take a lot of time and consideration in placing my orders, price, potency, strains, etc. However, the last two times, maybe three, Lionheart has canceled my order the morning after I placed it late at night, not because they are out of a product or some other problem, because I called and asked why the first time it happened, and the employee said they probably just thought it hadn't been picked up from the day before. She asked if I had ever not picked up my orders before, and I said I had always picked them up the day they were filled. She said it was probably just a mistake then, so I gave it another chance and took the time and consideration to place another order online the next week. Once again, they canceled my order by about 3 pm the next day when they had just filled it that morning. I was going to come in after work and pick it up like usual, but no, canceled again! This is terrible and the same thing occurring repeatedly after I called to let them know it was happening is just bad. I would really like to keep placing my orders thru Leafly online and being a customer of Lionheart, but this is so inconsiderate and ridiculous. Please at least give the customer a chance to pick up their order within 24 hours (not really an extreme request) or at least within the day it was ordered or maybe email or text or message through Leafly before just ditching a customer's order and the time spent on it. If it's a glitch, then it needs to be fixed or you shouldn't be taking online orders. It's very frustrating and unfair. Hoping one more time taking a chance and placing an online order with you will be fulfilled as it should. I've been a great customer for a couple of years now! Come on, Lionheart! I love you guys, but man.

Hi, we appreciate the feedback and would like to get this resolved for you! If an order is placed within our operating hours we fill the order same day before close 7:45pm. If you don't come in for the order by that time it is considered an abandoned order because we fill orders same day they are placed. If you place the order before close and want to get it the next day please call us at the store and we would be happy to accomodate the request. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused!
