Dear LivWell Management, I’m writing as a long-time loyal customer of over five years to express my concern regarding the service I’ve received during my recent visits. Historically, my experiences at LivWell have been positive — I’ve known previous managers and staff who always made the environment welcoming and professional. However, over the past few months, I’ve noticed a shift. During recent visits, some employees — including one individual in particular — have treated my party and me with what felt like a dismissive or even derogatory attitude. I’ve never felt so rushed out or been shown products with such little care or enthusiasm. It’s disheartening, especially given my loyalty and ongoing support of your business. I hope you take this feedback seriously, not as a complaint, but as an opportunity to ensure all customers continue to feel respected and valued.
