I showed my battery to the clerk who assured me that the vape cartridges he recommended would work with the battery. When they did not work, they did not offer me any refund/credit/exchange, or even a complimentary battery that would work in the cartridges they so confidently sold me. They only offered me the ability to purchase a new battery. For a $10 battery they could have made good on the service they failed at. Very unhappy with this service. Not instilling customer satisfaction at all. Won't be spending another penny here and will advise my friends to Never go to LivWell, Ever. Eric, the Manager, you get an F. Major Fail. You had the chance to gain a new and happy customer with a big mouth. You chose to do the opposite. So sad for this local shopper. I will take my money elsewhere.
