Overall I was having pretty positive experiences here, but recently there's been a pretty clear self interest from the employees to "hide" various products from customers. I notice when they go in the back to get products that you might want to see, they always have to confirm if they can show you certain bags or not, are they hiding these for their EPC customers or do they not want customers to get to them before they're able to purchase their personal bits? If they are hiding them for EPCs, then why mark these onto the online menu as if they're available to all in the first place? I was also really turned off when arriving and seeing employees smoking outside. It seems to be a common theme on weekdays that if there are no customers in the store then every single employee is outside horsing around.
