prices are great and consistent, but their delivery service is extremely inconsistent. they claim that it'll take 60-90 minutes but the eta will keep changing to sit at an hour wait as time changes until you are waiting for over 2 hours on any given day. Trying to contact them is horrible. If they answer the phone, none of the people you is at the location and even online they have to reach out to the store for basic product questions which take, as of right now 55 minutes with no answer, just to tell me if the product is indica or sativa. Whenever there is an issue like missed products, mixed orders or simply not communicating that there was problem and your order will take over 3 hours, customer service does not do anything to accommodate you besides a excuse filled apology. They believe that if you bought something on a storewide discount that's accessible by everyone that they have done enough for the problems they cause. only reason they get 2 stars is because of their prices.
