)I recently visited Maribis and had an extremely unsettling experience. As I entered, I saw a homeless man at the front who was visibly distressed, screaming at customers and acting inappropriately. It was clear he was struggling with mental health issues and needed help. However, the front desk employee’s response made the situation even worse—she was yelling back at him, even shouting, "Get the fuck out of my dispensary." The entire encounter was jarring, and it created a hostile and uncomfortable atmosphere. I understand that situations like these are difficult to handle, but there are more professional and compassionate ways to address them. I left feeling deeply disappointed in how poorly this was managed.
