this was my 3rd visit to mood, both my previous 2 visits were great, good product, extremely helpful bud tenders,just an all around great experience.HOWEVER, my most recent was my worst experience at any dispensary I've ever visited. I placed a large order online. I called to check on my order and was told it wasn't quite ready, fine, given that the order was pretty big. when I get there however, the order hasn't been started truthfully I get that as well given it would have been a huge waste to pack that large an order and no one show up so I decided to wait. the budtender is constantly telling me the items as he is going down the list are unavailable and just giving me items he said were just as good., however we reach a point and I ask was the deal gonna still apply given that he was picking the replacements.i was told no and Instead of the FIRE DEAL THAT WAS POSTED AT 50% off they would give me 20% of the order.incredible waste of time.UPDATE ACCORDINGLY PLEASE
