My original review of this company was removed with no explanation so I am reposting it with an update: I had a disappointing experience at a business recently. I bought a non-cannabis product for $25 based on an employees explanation, but it didn't work as expected. The next day, I contacted the manager who promised to work with me on a return. However, when I drove 30 minutes to the store, the manager refused to do the return, claiming to be too busy. He also refused to offer an apology or solution and shamed me for not having a receipt. Despite my explanation, he insisted that the return would be no problem if I had it. Additionally, he kept insisting that I leave my name and number so they could call me when they had time to do the return. This was unacceptable. However, the company has since made things right. They apologized for my experience and offered me a store credit to make up for the inconvenience. I accepted the credit and am satisfied with the resolution. I appreciate the company's efforts to make things right and hope they prioritize customer satisfaction in the future.
