This place used to be great, until Story Cannabis took over and ruined everything. Online ordering does not work, there is always a long wait time, the products have become low quality, employees are not friendly. I even called to confirm my online order was ready and the receptionist literally told me they are too busy to check. When I arrived in person, my order was not ready or even received. An employee then tells me their online orders have not been working. Why was I not notified? This should have been communicated on the website or over the phone when I called. I purchased edibles and tincture oils and felt nothing from them. They must be lying about the amount of THC in their products. They refuse to fix their website, treat their employees or customers well, and fail to address any negative feedback from customers. Sad to see the products become such low quality and overpriced. They obviously only care about money and profits. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
