If you ask for a specific product and are given the wrong product by employee, I don’t think the customer should be held responsible, simple as that. It’s like Russian Roulette because you have to open to truly see the quality and there’s no refund after that. Also the guard was my bud tender? Who wasn't fully knowledgeable of the product. I asked specifically for indoor but I was given sun grown WCT brand that had no smell and very mid, not what I asked for and not worth $100. “Sun grown”which is not on the package and was packaged last year. as a “bud tende it’s your job to ensure the customer gets what they want/ask for. Long story shorty I ended up wasting $100. Was treated as it were my fault.
